Groups are used to link multiple light bulbs together so that they can all respond to a single instruction at the same time. To be part of a group, a bulb must be powered on and available to connect. It can then become part of as many different groups as you like.
To create a group, select the “Lights” tab in the toolbar across the bottom of the screen. Then press the plus sign (+) in the upper left corner. Enter a name for the group and press “Next.” Lightbow will automatically display all the bulbs available to become part of the group. Select the bulbs you want, and blue checkmarks will appear to the right. Deselect by clicking the bulb a second time and the checkmark will disappear. When you have the correct bulbs selected, press “Done” in the upper right corner. You will be brought directly to the Group Editor, where you can control all bulbs in the group as though you’re talking to a single bulb.
Groups can be reordered or renamed by selecting “Edit” in the top right corner of the Lights tab. To delete a group, just left-swipe on the corresponding table row and you will see a "Delete" button.
